The NEW AIR TDM-2F Flip-up Welding Helmet is an innovative protective gear balancing multi-scene compatibility and wearing comfort. Its core highlight lies in four functions integrated into one helmet with three freely switchable configurations, breaking the limitation of single-function traditional protective helmets.

Boasting an exquisitely modular design, the helmet enables quick conversion between different protective forms via disassembly, flip-up mechanism and replacement of visor components. In its base configuration, it works for both welding and grinding operations. When fitted with a full-view clear visor, it handles grinding and dust-intensive work. If the visor assembly is removed, only the base shell remains for use as a safety hard hat. The clear visor can also be detached to convert it into a dedicated welding helmet. A single unit covers a wide range of working scenarios including workshop grinding, welding construction, factory site transit and light outdoor operations, significantly cutting costs and storage space required for multiple separate protective gears.
